We offer several membership options to suit your needs:

- Elite Membership: Full access to all classes, including 5 AM and 6 AM time slots, personalized meal plans, and access to our training app

- Strength Training Membership: Full access to strength training classes, excluding the 5 AM and 6 AM time slots.

- Straight Up Booty Membership: Focused on glute-specific exercises with an empowering community of women.

- Straight Up Jumps Membership: For high-intensity, low-impact cardio training.

- Drop-In Classes: If you can't commit to a monthly membership, you can pay $25 per class or $210 for 10 classes. 5 AM and 6 AM time slots are exclusive to Elite members or a premium drop in fee of $35.

How do I sign up for a membership?

Can I try the gym before committing?

Yes! We offer a 3 Weeks for $30 trial that gives you full access to all our classes for three weeks. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for our community and training programs. Sign up now to get started!

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer one-on-one personal training with experienced trainers. Personal training sessions are priced at $60 per hour, but pricing may vary based on the trainer. Contact us to discuss your goals, and we’ll match you with the right trainer for your needs.

How can I rent space to train my clients at your gym?

What is Straight Up Booty?

Straight Up Booty is a program at SUF designed specifically for glute-focused training. It’s perfect for those looking to enhance glute strength, shape, and definition. Plus, you’ll join a powerful, supportive community of like-minded women who are committed to improving their fitness.

What can I expect during my first class?

We are committed to making your first experience seamless and enjoyable. Your first class will include a warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a workout designed to challenge you at your fitness level. Our trainers will guide you through every step, offering modifications if needed. Don’t forget to bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable workout attire!

What should I bring to class?

You’ll need:

• Water: Stay hydrated throughout your session.

• Towel: Wipe down equipment and keep comfortable during your workout.

• Comfortable Workout Clothes and Sneakers: Be ready to move and sweat!

What are the class times?

We offer a variety of class times to fit your schedule. Check out our schedule page for all available times, including classes 7 days a week. Note that our 5 AM and 6 AM classes are exclusive to Elite Members.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We periodically offer promotions, discounts, and special deals. Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on the latest offers.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, cancellations and pauses must be done at least 7 days before your next billing period. Pauses must be for a minimum of 2 weeks and can be for a maximum of 3 months within a calendar year. Any pauses longer than 3 months in a calendar year will require cancellation, and a higher membership fee may apply upon re-joining.

Do you offer nutrition help?

Yes! We believe nutrition is key to your fitness goals. Our Elite Membership includes personalized meal plans to support your strength and fitness goals. We also offer advice and guidance to help you with your nutrition, because you can’t out-train a bad diet!

Is Straight Up Fitness kid-friendly?

While we love families, we do not have childcare available at this time. We recommend checking our schedule for class times that work for you and bringing a friend or family member to watch your little one if needed.

We are a family-owned business committed to strength training, community, and helping people see real, lasting results. Are there shower facilities?

We do not have shower facilities at Straight Up Fitness. However, we have two restrooms available for changing. After your workout, we provide cold towels to refresh you, and we also offer hair ties and tampons for your convenience.
